AKSEL DORUK
Practising lawyer since 2011, Aksel assists clients in the context of arbitration proceedings and international disputes in the energy, construction, engineering or agri-food sectors and in relation to disputes relating to international sales.
He also assists clients in the context of business law disputes and in the review and drafting of contracts, including international contracts.
Trained in Italy and France, Aksel has worked for two international law firms specialized in international arbitration before founding MELTEM. Aksel works in French, English and Italian; he is conversant in Turkish.
MATHIEU LE ROLLE
Practising lawyer since 2010, Mathieu intervenes in particular in relation to commercial disputes, criminal law and press law / privacy litigation.
Trained in Spain and France, Mathieu has worked for eight years in the commercial litigation team of a leading Parisian law firm before founding MELTEM.
Mathieu works in French, English and Spanish.
RAMI CHAHINE
Admitted to the Bar since 2012, Rami’s practice concentrates on international arbitration, business litigation and white collar defense, with a strong focus on the Middle-East and North Africa.
Prior to joining MELTEM, Rami worked for nearly a decade in international and regional law firms specialized in international arbitration, as well as within the business and white-collar litigation team of a prominent criminal defense attorney in Marseille.
Rami works in French, English and Arabic.
